Always searching for valuable insight, content and resources, I discovered a website rich in all of the above. Michael McKinney has assembled a great mix, a smorgasbord of stuff about leadership.  

What is especially meaningful to me is that McKiinney is a kindred spirit: we both believe that leadership is about becoming a better human being, a better citizen of the community, a better family member.
